25. Forget Your Password?

If you have forgotten the password to your Primary username, you must call 1-800-GOWEBTV to get them to erase it so that you can access your account. (1-800-469-3288)

If you have lost the password to an extra, or secondary user, here is how to remedy the problem, and to gain access back into your secondary account.

From your Primary Username, go to your WebTV® Home Page.

Choose Settings.

Choose Extra Users.

Choose the e-mail name for which you have forgotten the password.

Choose the word Password.

You may now either type in a new password that you can remember, or you can leave the password fields blank if you choose to no longer use a password for that account.

Choose Done at the bottom of the page and on each page after that where you see the word Done.
