3. Can I Transfer Favs to Another Username?

Transfer of favorites can be done, but not entire folders at once.

There are three methods you can use.

Method One

Log on to the username to which you want to send the Favorite files. Go to Favs and create all the necessary folders, naming them whatever you want.

Now log on to the username which has the Fav files. Go into Favorites and begin by going into one folder and clicking on the first website in the folder.

Now you will begin "harvesting" the URLs of the websites in your folders, beginning with this first one. To learn how to harvest URLs, click here!

After harvesting all the URLs from one Fav Folder, go to email and select Write. Address the email to the username which needs the Fav files, and then type the folder name as the Subject line.

Then, in the email body, paste all the URLs which you have just harvested and then click on Send.

Follow the same steps for each of the Fav folders until you have sent all the URLs to the other username!

Method Two

You must send each individual web site, one at a time. Here's how to do it!

First, log on with the user name which needs the fav files and create the appropriate folder name(s). (This step could be done later, but it's nice to have your folders already set up and waiting for you.)

Next, log on with the user name that currently has the Favs.

Now go to Favs, and after you open each saved site within a folder, use the SEND key, and email the page to the other username. The web site will be sent as an Included Page.

Do this for each and every web site that you want to send.

Now go back to the other username, open each email you just sent, click onto the the Included Page, and while viewing the web site you want to save, use the Save key to save each website into the appropriate Fav folder.

That's it! You've done it!

Method Three

You can create a webpage which will list the Favorite links you want to send to the other username.

After you have created the webpage, select Add an Item. and choose Links. Now click onto Add from Favorites. You may now make your choices of which sites to add to the webpage. When you are finished, click Done and then choose Publish on the left sidebar.

Now, switch users, go to the newly created webpage, and as you click onto each link, press the Save key to send each website, one at a time, to your Fav folder.
