56. Put Your Email "Write" Screen on an F-key

Many times, it would be nice to have your email "Write" screen handy for quick use. You can place your "Write" screen on an F-key for instant access by putting on an F-key. Just follow these simple instructions:

1. Press the "Mail" key.

2. Without inserting any address or subject line, place your cursor in the email body and type a misspelled word, such as "laek."

3. Move your cursor over to the "Spelling" link on the left sidebar and press the Return key.

4. While viewing the SpellChecker screen, press your Save key. Choose a folder, and place the "Check Spelling" fav to the folder.

5. Click on "Done" at the bottom-right of the Spellcheck screen.

6. You are now back on the "Write an e-mail" screen. Erase the misspelled word, address the email to yourself, and Send it.

7. You now have a Favorite entitled "Check Spelling." Go into Favorites, choose that folder, and click "Organize" from the left sidebar. Choose "Shortcuts" and place "Check Spelling" on an F-key.

8. The next time you press that F-key, you will be taken to a blank email "Write" screen. You can then insert an email address and subject line, and then type your new email.
