To use this tool you must have a WebTV Plus with a microphone attached.
Click microphone for record panel.
Click Record to start recording.
Click Stop to stop recording. You have 24 seconds maximum and a file size maximum of 200,000 bytes.
Click Play to preview.
Click Add Sound to include sound in form.
Click Store Sound to submit sound for storage.
Save the URL for the .wav. It is good for about 24 hours but if you log off and back on, the link to it on this page will be gone but the .wav will still be there.
Transload to your own web site for long term storage.
If you make a new recording while there is a link to a previous recording, the new one will overwrite the old one.
